販売価格/ Sales price

商品ごとに表示された税込み価格に基づく。/ Indigated on each script. (TAX included.)

ただし、税抜き価格で表示している商品についてはこの限りではありません。/ Sometimes there is an excluded-tax price.

商品代金以外の必要金額 / Price other than script price

通信料 / Communication Fee

サービスをご利用の際に必要となる通信料・パケット代は、お客様の負担となります。（金額はお客様と通信会社間の契約内容によります）/ In order to use JUKE, you need to pay the communication fee or packet data fee to access JUKE.

振り込み手数料 / Money Transfer fee

ジュークで販売した商品の売り上げを引き出す際所定の振り込み手数料もしくは送金手数料がかかります。 / The money tranfer fee is charged when we send your profit to your bank account.

お支払い方法 /Payment methods

オンライン決済によるクレジットカードでのお支払い(一括払いのみ・VISA/MASTER/JCBのみご利用になれます。) / Credit card (only payment in a lump, VISA/MASTE/JCB is acceptable.)

支払時期 / Payment time

クレジットカード：商品購入時に課金対象となり、クレジットカード会社が定める引き落とし日に支払いとなります。 / Charges will be made at the time of script purchased. The payment will be withdrawn at the date determined by the credit card company.

商品引渡し時期 / Delivery time

お支払い確認後、即時。 / Immediately after confirming your payment.

役務の内容 / Content of our service

お客さま間での電動性玩具の動作スクリプト（電動オナホールの動作パターンを記録した電子ファイルやオナホール用女性器情報等）の売買の場・機会を提供します。/ We provide a place and opportunity for customers to buy and sell scripts for electric sex toys. (Electronic files that record the motion patterns of sex toys)

役務の対価及びその支払い方法・支払い時期 /Compensation for services, payment method, time of payment

出品者 / Exhibitor	販売手数料として販売価格の5% 出品した商品が購入され取引が完了した時に、販売価格の5%が販売手数料として販売価格から差し引かれます。/ 5% of the indicated price would be subtract from the sales as a transaction fee.
購入者 / Buyer	料金はかかりません。 / No money charges

役務の提供時期 / Timing of service provision

出品者 / Exhibitor	「出品する」ボタンを押したら即時に出品となりますが、実際に出品されるまでに予告なく審査が入ることがあります。 / By pressing "exhibit" button, immediately the script will be exhibited. 出品の取り下げについてはinfo@juke.pinkにご連絡ください。/ If you want to remove your script, please let us know. (info@juke.pink)
購入者/ Buyer	会員登録後直ちに購入可能なコンテンツが表示され、お支払い確認後にそのコンテンツが利用可能となります。/ After confirming a payment, you will be able to download the script.

返品に関する特約事項 / Special terms for returns

商品の性質上、返品は原則お断りしております。 / Basically the return is not acceptable because of the characteristic of product.

ただし、ファイルが壊れていてダウンロードできない場合、もしくはファイルが正常に開けない、もしくは正常に動作しない場合は、ファイルが壊れていることを弊社が確認した後に、購入から14日間以内であれば、使用したポイントの返還に応じるものといたします。/ However if your purchased script file is broken or not working well, we will refund your point within 14 days you purchased after we confirm the file is not working well.

隠れた瑕疵に関する事業者の責任 / Business liability for latent defects

合同会社ジュークは、販売者様とご購入者様の電動性玩具のスクリプトファイルの売買の場を提供するサービスを提供いたしますが、売買されるスクリプトの内容については一切関知いたしませんし、その内容も保障いたしません。ダウンロードされたスクリプトにより引き起こされた、ご購入者様のパソコンなど電子機器を含め、全ての損害について補償をする事ができない事を、予めご了承下さい。/ JUKE LLC provide the opportunity for exhibitors and buyers to buy and sell the script file for sex toys. We have no concern with the content of script itself. We do not guarantee the content. Please note that we cannot compensate for all damages caused by the downloaded script including electronic devices (PC, Smartphone and so on).
